Reliance Care Medical Centre has been established in response to the local diverse communities demand of General Practice and Allied Health services in the Western suburbs of Melbourne. We are a multidisciplinary team engaging in General Practice, Allied Health and Rehab Gym services. We apply our expertise to ensure our centre is well managed, with highly skilled Doctors and our primary focus is the well being of the patients.

Reliance Care Medical Center Practice Manager, Doctors, Nurses and Reception team understand the needs of the patients. Our experienced health professional staff has a unique focus on creating a positive experience for our patients and participants. For the convenience of our patients, our centre has onsite Pathology services.

We have developed efficient practice systems to facilitate the care and management of the patients. Through a structured growth plan, Reliance Care Medical Centre has built the General Practice and Allied Health services to look after people with special needs. Additionally we are also a registered NDIS Provider serving the Western suburbs.

Our goal is always to provide person centered services with a holistic approach in a professional way which is accessible and affordable to the metropolitan communities.
