Professor Peter Disler is registered as a Consultant Physician in Geriatric Medicine, Rehabilitation Medicine and General Medicine.
Professor Disler is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine and the Royal College of Physicians of London. He was Professor of Rehabilitation Medicine at the Royal Melbourne Hospital/University of Melbourne till he moved to Bendigo in 2005 to take up the position of Clinical Dean at the Bendigo Regional Clinical School and Director of Medicine at Bendigo Health.
He recently retired from Bendigo Health, but continues to hold the position of Professor in the Schools of Rural Health of both Monash University and the University of Melbourne.
Professor Disler provides specialist dementia assessment for referred patients.
