Pamika is empathic, compassionate and non-judgemental. She enjoys working collaboratively with clients to ensure they feel safe, validated and supported. Pamika draws on psychodynamic therapy to explore how present issues and your sense of self may be rooted in your early childhood experiences. She purposefully combines ACT, Schema, EMDR and DBT therapies to improve emotional regulation and treat the root cause of present symptoms.
Pamika is experienced in treating PTSD, relational trauma, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse and parenting stress and attachment difficulties.
