Yvonne works with children, adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, loss, difficulties in parenting, and relationship problems. She has a Masters in Applied Psychology (Clinical) and uses a variety of approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). For younger clients, Yvonne uses play-based techniques and adapts strategies to suit the interests and goals of her adolescent clients.
