Vivien Tsang graduated with Honours in her Bachelor in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Surrey (UK) and further consolidated her studies with a Master in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Wollongong (NSW). She is a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia and holds qualification as an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist. She has vast experience in dietetic practice including previous roles as a home-visit consulting dietitian, nutritionist in health food stores and community dietitian holding Healthy Eating talks and Diabetes Supermarket Tours. Vivien is passionate about helping others to achieve their health goals and enjoys the privilege of journeying with each client in empowering them to adopt a long term healthy lifestyle. Vivien emphasise on providing realistic and sustainable dietary plan, tailored for each client according to their medical needs, lifestyle and preferences, as well as providing education to enhance clients’ nutritional awareness around the food they have. She also enjoys cooking and preparing a variety of delicious healthy cuisine for her husband at home.
