I have been a practicing psychologist since 2004, and have a broad range of experience in both the public and private sectors. I provide intervention and support to adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, work related problems, adjustment issues and socially problematic behaviour. I utilise a variety of therapeutic interventions to support clients to achieve desired results. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and supportive counselling. I am an AHPRA Board Approved Supervisor and available for professional supervision of psychologists.
I offer appointments after hours on weekdays and on Saturdays. Medicare and private health rebates may apply.
