Silja (pronounced Zilya) completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) as well as a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. She enjoys working with adults, teens and children. Her areas of interest include: Assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders (e.g. Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Separation Anxiety, Panic and OCD); mood disorders (e.g. bipolar disorders, depression); developmental disorders, personality disorders, low self-esteem, body image issues, perfectionism, procrastination, emotion dysregulation, sleep issues, learning difficulties, as well as behavioural concerns in adults and children. She takes a collaborative approach to therapy and provides a range of evidenced based strategies to help clients meet their personal therapy goals. Silja is also trained in a range of educational assessments as well as complex Autism Spectrum Assessments.
