Sarah has been a Registered Psychologist since 2004 and has a wealth of experience working with adult clients in private practice, EAP, Workers Compensation and organisational settings. Sarah uses evidence-based treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution Focussed Therapy to address a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, adjustment to change, workplace stress, grief, chronic pain, health management and relationship issues. She is a registered Medicare and WorkCover provider and special interest areas include Perinatal Mental Health and psychological approaches to weight management. Sarah has also contributed psychology content and commentary to a number of publications including Madison Magazine, Marie Claire Australia, JustB and Dry July, as well as appearing on the Nine Network's Mornings With Kerri-Anne.
