My name is Sarah Davis, and I have recently graduated with my Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology from Australian Catholic University. I became an Exercise Physiologist because I am incredibly passionate about exercise and the amazing benefits that it can have on an individual - particularly how it has the power to greatly enhance one’s quality of life. I have had some fantastic experiences throughout my clinical placements and gained a great deal of knowledge in terms of implementing positive lifestyle changes. Other than exercise physiology, my main hobby is rock-climbing (both indoors and outdoors). I have had the honour of representing Australia on several occasions in World Youth Championships and Oceania regional championships, affording me a great insight into the life of elite athletes. I look forward to taking this knowledge and putting it into practice as part of the team at Atticus Health!
