Sarah Campbell is a Clinical Psychologist with an established practice at Life Quality & Health. She specialises in the treatment of trauma, self-harm, personality difficulties and addiction. She is particularly interested in exploring the deeper origins of both suffering and happiness, taking time to understand how people survive their experiences and the patterns that develop.
Sarah uses a wide range of evidenced based practices to support individuals and families in healing and growth. In doing this, she relies on her caring, kind, relaxed and non-judgemental style.
Sarah started her career working in forensic and correctional environments. In this context, she provided therapy to high risk individuals who often suffered from complex mental health difficulties and addiction. She was also responsible for forensic report writing, including thorougher assessments of risk, parental capacity and fitness to plead. She has since established mental health programs for Indigenous Communities in remote Western Australia. She has also worked on Nauru and Manus Island, supporting trauma informed practises within the Offshore Processing Centre.
