Susan is a registered psychologist with experience in working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. She provides a warm and caring approach to working with a wide range of client’s issues including:

Susan’s focus is on assisting individuals in reducing symptoms, whilst facilitating a greater understanding of who they are in relation to their difficulties. Much of Susan’s work is focussed on assisting clients to gain a greater understanding of their past, and how this has an influence over current difficulties. Susan has a Masters in Psychology (Counselling) and uses a wide range of techniques when working with individuals, couples, and families, inclusive of; cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), psychodynamic theory, interpersonal therapy, family systems therapy, and mindfulness based therapies.
