Priya is a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist with experience working in the early intervention and acute hospital settings in Singapore. After completing her Masters degree in Flinders University, Adelaide, she has worked extensively with young children and children with multiple disabilities, providing assessments and therapy for speech, language and literacy issues. An advocate for inclusiveness, she strives to build a strong and positive relationship with her clients and all the important stakeholders in the client’s life. The multicultural environment in Singapore has trained her to work with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) children and families. She has a special interest in language and literacy skills and loves to use children’s books in every session if possible. Priya is also the project officer for TeleTAG, a telerehabilitation service offered by TAG.
Things I like: Reading (I am a huge Potterhead!), books, singing, and cooking. Things I don’t like: Spiders, insects, badly made coffee.
