I always wanted to be a physiotherapist after suffering a serious trampolining injury when I was young and this injury feed my interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation.

I qualified in the UK from King’s College London in 2002. After initially working in Nepal, I completed my rotation in London where I specialised in neurological rehabilitation.

I moved to Scotland here I adapted my neurological rehabilitation experience to work in elite sport rehabilitation working with both Olympic and Commonwealth athletes at the SportsScotland institute of sport where I was a contracted physiotherapist.

I also worked at the Scottish Football association. Here I was involved in developing and monitoring injury prevention screenings for gymnastic, curling and football. I also travelled extensively with both Great Britain and Scottish teams for European and world championships.

I worked as a physiotherapist at London Olympics in 2012 and the Commonwealth Games in 2014.

I now live in Melbourne Australia where I have worked for Australia triathlon and Football Federation Australian.

Here I have developed a specific injury prevention screening and individualised programs for triathlon and women’s football. I have also developed a pre activation program and daily monitoring for the Melbourne Victory W-league team. I have developed my own bike screening which focuses on individual movement patterning and activation.

I really enjoy individual injury prevention, rehabilitation and movement patterning but most of all enjoy seeing people’s injury reduced and improve at any level of participation.
