For over thirty years, Michelle has had the privilege of working in partnership with people who are keen to improve their personal well-being, their relationships, and to take more confident steps in their journey forward in life. She has worked extensively in the mental health system and in private practice with children, adolescents and adults, couples and families. Michelle's main focus now is on training, particularly in the areas of Professional Resilience® and enhancing and empowering professionals to feel energised and passionate in their work. Michelle inspires people to cultivate the best in themselves and those around them, through her programs in resilience, mentoring, leadership and emotional intelligence. As Founder and Director of the centre, Michelle’s vision of creating a community oriented therapy centre has been realised. Her core values of a holistic approach and valuing the heart to heart, soul to soul aspects of human experience are fundamental to the centre's philosophy.
