Kelly Bisgrove is a Registered Psychologist who completed her bachelor’s degree with Honours at Southern Cross University in 2008. Kelly is passionate about providing a supportive and collaborative environment for her clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and to assist them to move forward. She has experience working with adults, couples and families - with the goal of assisting the development of skills and insight necessary for healthy relationships and recovery. Kelly utilises an integrative treatment approach using evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Trauma based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy.
Kelly attends regular training to keep up to date with new developments in the psychological field and is committed to providing the best care to her clients. Kelly is particularly passionate about working with clients from the emergency services sector and is experienced in the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. She has a long term and comprehensive knowledge of the workers compensation scheme and assisting her clients with feeling supported through the processes involved with being off work. Kelly is a Work Cover NSW and QLD Accredited Psychologist, and an approved Medicare provider.
