Katherine’s professionally affiliated with the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA). Katherine graduated from Monash University in 2017 and was trained in several metropolitan hospitals for clinical experience. She obtained her Diploma of Food Sciences and Nutrition from Singapore in 2013. As a Dietitian at the Medifirst Family Clinic, she combines dietary education and lifestyle modification to encourage clients with special needs (i.e. pregnancy, fussy eater, food intolerance and other dietary requirements) or those with health concerns like weight management, gastrointestinal disorders, disordered eating, cardiovascular diseases (hypertension, dyslipidaemia), diabetes, renal and hepatic conditions, etc. Katherine is passionate about providing evidence-based recommendations. Her philosophy helps clients build confidence by negotiating for mutually agreed health goals that are practical and tailored to clients’ needs.
