Kate believes that the holistic nature of osteopathy makes it a superior therapy in reducing pain and injury prevention. Kate’s passion for osteopathy was sparked at a young age when she saw the physical benefits it can have on the body and lifestyle. Kate’s work at Coast General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya, as well as her involvement as a sports trainer at the Box Hill North and Elsternwick Amateur Football Clubs has given her a particular interest in women’s health, orthopaedics and sports injury rehabilitation. Kate has been with Spring since 2011. She was originally Spring’s sports trainer for Box Hill North FC and started treating patients as an osteopath in 2012. Kate is trained in dry needling and is a qualified clinical pilates instructor. In conjunction with Amanda, she runs the clinical pilates programs within the clinic. Kate comes from a sporting background, having played many levels of competitive hockey. She also enjoys soccer and tennis. Kate is available Saturday.
