Dr Jodie Harris is a Clinical Psychologist who has consulted at the Adelaide Institute for Sleep Health since 2003. Dr Harris primarily utilises a cognitive behavioural therapy (non-drug) framework within her work in the Insomnia Treatment Program. Her major research interest is in the development and improvement of cognitive behavioural interventions for the management of chronic insomnia, and on investigating the relationship between insomnia, anxiety and depression.
