Ms Jessie McDonald (Clinical Psychologist)
Jessie McDonald is a clinical psychologist with a special interest in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, persistent pain and personality disorders. She has a warm and empathic approach, with a focus on providing a safe and trusting space for all people she works with. Jessie enjoys working with adults seeking to gain insight, develop adaptive coping strategies, break self-defeating patterns, process trauma, and move toward new areas of self awareness and growth.
Jessie primarily treats anxiety, depression, PTSD (single incident and complex trauma), relational difficulties and other longstanding conditions using a range of evidence-based psychotherapies. She has a special interest in Schema Therapy, EMDR and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
