Dr Janine is a trained Clinical Psychologist with a PhD in Psychology. Dr Janine is passionate about psychology and what it has to offer the community.
Her area of interest is adult mental health and she provides treatment for a range of areas including; Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Acute Stress Disorder, Depression, Post Natal depression, anxiety disorders and adjustment disorders relating to life stages and events.
Dr Janine uses a range of evidence-based treatments including cognitive-behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, schema therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR).
