Jane is a committed physiotherapist who holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne. Her interest in sport and human movement began with a degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia in Canada. She has a strong clinical focus on shoulder and knee injuries, tendinopathy, neck pain, and sporting injuries, supported by experience across hospitals, private practices, and sporting teams at various levels.

As an accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association, Jane combines targeted strength training with hands-on therapy to deliver personalised, evidence-based care. Her holistic approach supports clients in reaching their individual goals while promoting long-term movement and mobility.

Jane is also involved in osteoarthritis research at the University of Melbourne’s Centre for Health, Exercise and Sports Medicine. This research experience strengthens her clinical practice and ensures her patients benefit from current and well-informed treatment approaches.

Outside the clinic, Jane enjoys training at the gym and playing table tennis, having previously represented Canada at an international level. She also has a keen interest in photography, travel, and discovering Melbourne’s diverse food scene. Jane is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
