Erin Russell is an accredited practicing dietitian who graduated last year from Monash University in Melbourne with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics. A dietitian is the ‘gold standard’ for nutrition and can provide meal plans, nutrition education and a range of suggestions for a variety of disease states. Erin is a member of the Dietetics Association of Australia. She has worked closely with a variety of patient groups through her work in both public health and clinical settings. Erin’s interests are within community and private practice dietetics, where she can build a strong relationship with her clients and make a large impact on their nutrition and overall health. She does not have a specific specialisation as yet, but her interests are within diabetes, weight management, malnutrition and sports dietetics.
In her spare time, Erin loves to cook, bake, and volunteer for children’s cooking classes at a local primary school. Erin welcomes any new patients to make an appointment and can provide meal plans, nutrition education and general nutrition advice.
