Emma is a fully registered psychologist who has over 12 years experience working in schools, early intervention and private practice. Emma works with children, adolescents and families providing counselling for social, emotional and behavioural issues such as anxiety, depression, behaviour management, Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, learning difficulties, grief and loss, self-esteem, social skills, bullying, sexual orientation/gender identity, parenting, and life transitions. She also conducts psychoeducational assessments and behavioural assessments. Emma utilises a range of therapies in her sessions, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Applied Behavioural Analysis and EFT. Emma is passionate about health and wellbeing and helping others to thrive. Emma is also a qualified yoga instructor and has her certificate in Reiki level 1.
