Emma graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Science and Masters of Health Science (Osteopathy) from Victoria University in 2012. After finishing university, Emma opted for a sea change and moved to the Bellerine Peninsula where she worked at clinics in Drysdale and Belmont.
Emma has a holisitic approach to patient treatment and management. She is a strong believer in finding and treating the cause of the problem, not just the symptoms. Emma uses a wide variety of osteopathic techniques, which is personalised to each patient and their presentation.
Emma has completed further studies to ensure she is always learning and finessing her osteopathic skills. She has undertaken courses in dry needling, treatment for pregnant women as well as numerous courses dedicated to movement, function and biomechanics.
Emma furthered her studies in 2017 by undertaking a Masters in Education at Melbourne University. Educating patients about their injuries, health and wellbeing is of great importance to Emma, to ensure her patients are walking away from treatments with understanding, knowledge and confidence in their treatment plan.
