Courtney's area of interest is Women's Health physiotherapy. She treats pre and post natal musculoskeletal conditions such as hip, pelvic girdle and low back pain, plus pelvic floor and incontinence issues. Courtney is skilled in the use of Real Time Ultrasound to assess abdominal and pelvic floor dysfunction and is currently completing a Postgraduate certificate in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation and Continence at The University of Melbourne.
Courtney is also a qualified Clinical Pilates instructor and believes strongly in tailoring treatment, as well as exercise-based self management programs to suit individual client needs.
Courtney graduated from Griffith University on the Gold Coast in 2007 with a double degree: Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Exercise Science. This double degree supports Courtney's keen interest in sports rehabilitation and exercise prescription. She spent 5 years working in the VFL with North Ballarat and Williamstown and enjoys working with sports people of all levels.
