Carla completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours at Otago University in New Zealand. She has broad experience working within a range of physiotherapy areas, including sporting, neurological and work-related injuries and conditions. Carla’s extensive knowledge, combined with her passion for helping people, makes her a perfect fit for the Kinematics Crew. With a family heavily involved in CrossFit, Carla has never been too far away from the gym. Carla has also successfully competed in various endurance races including winning the Triple Peaks Challenge in Hawkes Bay, New Zealand. Having sustained multiple sporting injuries of her own, Carla understands the importance of combining manual therapy with exercise rehabilitation to return to sport pain and injury free. She is passionate about improving the overall health and well-being of her clients and takes a “better than before injury” approach to her practice. In her spare time you will find her out running in the bush somewhere or swimming in the nearest ocean.
