Anne O’Connor is a psychologist with 25 years’ experience as a practitioner, mindfulness instructor, supervisor, facilitator and leader across health, private, government, and NGO sectors. Anne works with a variety of people including survivors of trauma in all of its forms and those who are engaged in social justice work. She has a special interest in mindfulness-based approaches and practitioner sustainability.

Highly skilled in a range of integrated psychological approaches Anne has extensive experience in supporting: international aid and development staff; injured workers; bushfire survivors; survivors of family violence; workplace critical incidents; survivors of torture; people of refugee backgrounds; people seeking asylum; people in held detention; and indigenous communities in Cape York and South Western Australia. Anne also supports individuals and organisations who are engaged in trauma sensitive work – the advocates, volunteers, practitioners and leaders who work with marginalised communities.
