Seeing a psychologist for the first time can be daunting, so I do everything I can to help make it easier for you to take that first step to better health. Life throws us challenges that we aren’t prepared for, because we life gives the exam before the lesson! Whatever you’re going through, it isn’t your fault, and it’s perfectly normal to need help to work out what to do next. My motto is ‘if you change nothing, nothing changes’. If you’re keen to make a difference in your life, I can guide you until you feel ready to continue your journey without me. The holistic tools and strategies I can teach you, will last a lifetime!

Andi’s therapeutic approach avoids a ‘one size fits all’ mindset. Her approach incorporates different science-based practices to achieve holistic outcomes, and may include, Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), life coaching, assertiveness training, goal-setting, psycho-education, supportive counselling, and/or autonomic system arousal reduction techniques.
