Amanda is a paediatric Speech Pathologist with experience in the assessment and management of feeding, speech sound disorders, language delays and disorders and fluency (stuttering). She has experience working with children of all ages, including children with Cerebral Palsy, genetic conditions, Autism Spectrum Disorder and other complex communication needs. Amanda is passionate about helping children to reach their full potential. Amanda has a keen interest in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and feeding. Amanda enjoys supporting children to learn to communicate in a variety of ways, and is trained in Key Word Sign and Auslan Level 1 and 2. Amanda is trained in the evidence-based Lidcombe program for stuttering and the SOS Approach to Feeding program. She enjoys working with families in a collaborative manner to provide Speech Pathology services using a fun and holistic approach.
