Alison’s areas of interest continue to include all aspects of mental health. Alison has a keen interest in the treatment of trauma related issues, women’s health, relationships and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, depression, anxiety, personality disorders and other serious mental health conditions. Alison is experienced in delivering high standards of care and has training and experience in delivering Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Emotion Focussed Therapy (EFT).
