Jing is warm, caring and empathic Clinical Psychologist who is dedicated to working collaboratively with individuals, couples and families to find their way through challenging times, so they can live happy, fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Jing completed her education and specialist training in Clinical Psychology in Australia and the United States. She was personally supervised and mentored by one of the leading figures in psychotherapy of the modern era, Clinical Professor Hanna Levenson of the Department of Psychiatry, University of California School of Medicine.

Jing has extensive experience working with a variety of problems including anxiety, depression, trauma, addictive disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive disorders, personality disorders and family and couple relationship problems. She has completed training in hypnotherapy and is well-qualified to use hypnosis in the context of a broader and comprehensive therapeutic approach. She is also registered with the Australian Psychological Society as a clinical supervisor.

Jing’s treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Brief Psychodynamic Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Emotion-Focused Couple Therapy. She distinguishes herself in specialising in the treatment of complex presenting problems using short-term Psychotherapy that produces long-lasting results.

In addition to her clinical work, Jing has considerable experience in forensic mental health services specialising in psychiatric assessment and report preparation for criminal and civil matters.

Jing holds specialist registration with Psychology Board of Australia and is an active member of the Australian Psychological Society and an associated member of the American Psychological Association. She is also a member of the Australian Association of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
