Sam completed his Master of Physio in 2024 and joined the Exercise Thought team in August 2024. He values truly understanding the impact of injury on the individual and invests fully into helping them achieve their goals. Prior to being a physio, Sam was a baker for 6 years, specialising in sourdough breads and croissants. It was during this time that he decided physio was the right path forward, after seeing first hand just how essential proper injury management and prevention is in ensuring people can return to living a healthy and active life.
