After completing his fellowship training at the Royal Melbourne, St Vincent’s, Austin and the John Hunter Hospitals, he completed a post fellowship training in advanced valve repair and aortic root fellowship at St Luc Hospital in Brussels under the mentorship of Gebrine El Khoury.
