Matthew is a Podiatrist from Rightfoot Podiatry and Footwear. He works in Ballina and Lismore predominantly in Clinics but also works in nursing homes and attends home visits. Matt joined the Prema House family in 2014 and has enjoyed working within the multidisciplinary health team it has to offer. After completing his studies at the University of Newcastle, Matt moved to the Northcoast for the great weather and lifestyle it has to offer.

Matt grew up playing and is still involved in a number of sports which initially lead him into Podiatry. Having suffered from Shin splints as a teenager, the only treatment that worked was offered by a Podiatrist. Matt has a great interest in biomechanics and human movement that causes sport related injuries. He has a passion for Biomechanical based chronic injuries and preventative interventions with the use of Orthotic therapy and Acupuncture. Other areas Matt has a keen focus on are:
