Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Bachelor of Exercise Physiology, Exercise Sports Science Australia (ESSA) Member Lachlan completed his studies with University of New South Wales before working in a number of GP clinics and hydrotherapy centres in Sydney and subsequently moving to Melbourne. Lachlan established the Exercise Physiology services for both Oncology Clinics Victoria and Cancer, Health and Exercise Services and has assisted setting up the Cancer Exercise Rehabilitation services at the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Wellness Centre. Lachlan is an active reviewer for oncology research grants for Exercise and Sports Science Australia. Lachlan has a special interest in oncology (cancer), chronic fatigue and chronic pain.

Lachlan has experience with a range of conditions including: cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and conditioning, diabetes, cancer pre and post-rehabilitation, chronic fatigue and chronic pain. Lachlan looks at the interconnection between biology, psychology, & socio-environmental factors for patients. This biopsychosocial approach has the view that exercise benefits your health and helps you to live your life freely without pain or restriction. Lachlan enjoys soccer, cricket, tennis and any activity that involves good food or the great outdoors.
