Dr Vass has a particular interest in minimally invasive surgery. He is an expert in laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery of the prostate and kidney. He is one of Australia's most experienced surgeons in performing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy, partial nephrectomy and pyeloplasty. He has an interest in the treatment of stones and GreenLight laser prostatectomy.
