Jem is a regular face around the Ocean Grove community, having served many of you already through your injuries, aches and pain over the past 3 years.
He completed his Ba Physio (Hons) at Monash University with an already established passion for sports related strength and conditioning having grown up around and competing in the elite sporting environments of his home town Bendigo reaching national level in pole vaulting.
Jem has been our lead GLA:D practitioner (Good Living with Arthritis) for several years, guiding patients with Hip or Knee Osteoarthritis through the tailored 7 week program to help you best manage the condition. More recently, Jem has developed further experience and interest in working with children with neuro-paediatric conditions including CP, Downs Syndrome, ABI, Muscular Dystrophy, Autism and others.
