James graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Physiotherapy. Prior to this James also completed a Bachelor of Musculoskeletal Therapy.
James has worked at a number of private sports Physio locations throughout Melbourne developing a background in functional strength and conditioning while working closely with athletes and coaches.
James enjoys working with individuals of all levels in the prevention and management of injuries. James’ treatments have a hands on approach with an emphasis on individualised rehabilitation programs involving Clinical Pilates and Clinical Strength.
He is passionate about utilising the role of strength and conditioning and Pilates in rehabilitation and ultimately improving performance to the highest level possible.
