David is a consultant physiotherapist who has experience in treating both acute and chronic spinal conditions. He has worked with orthopaedic surgeons and neurosurgeons in both the acute hospital setting at Prince of Wales Private Hospital and at the Sydney Spine Institute.
David has an intimate understanding of orthopaedic and spinal procedures and utilises the most effective, evidence-based protocols for post-operative management of patients who underwent surgery. David is currently completing his PhD on a common spinal condition and holds two masters degrees: in Physiotherapy and Clinical Exercise Physiology. He also received the Dean’s Merit List Award for outstanding academic excellence. His training in Exercise Physiology had a focus on exercise prescription and management of chronic diseases, including back pain and osteoarthritis.
David has also worked in elite environments with the West Coast Eagles F.C in the AFL and Sydney Univeristy F.C.
