Ben is a registered psychologist with clinical experience working with adolescents and adults with a range of mental health difficulties in both NSW health and non-government settings. He is able to provide psychological assessment and both brief and longer term psychological therapy using evidence-based principles of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for the treatment of depression, anxiety, grief and loss, PTSD, drug and alcohol issues, self-harm, relationship issues, career counselling, body image concerns, self-esteem, anger management and bullying. Ben has specific interests in men’s mental health and mindfulness and offers an empathic and supportive approach with all his clients. He enjoys working collaboratively to support the unique needs of people from all backgrounds with a holistic and client-centred approach to recovery and well-being. He works with clients towards self-empowerment in helping them to deal with life’s difficulties.
