I am Apurva Verma. I graduated with Masters of Applied Sciences at the University of Victoria following completion of a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, majoring in Rehabilitation. My past experience includes working in various rehab settings like Aged care, Medical centres and Hospitals, across Victoria.
I believe that exercise is the foundation of a healthy body and mind, tailoring sustainable and enjoyable programs for everyone, regardless of age or abilities. I also feel that by strengthening and retraining the body's awareness, I can help clients not only reduce their pain but improve their health and well-being
