Mina graduated in 2012 from LaTrobe University with a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice. He gained experience during his studies in various areas such as in acute Orthopaedics and musculoskeletal rehabilitation of acute and chronic conditions. In private practice Mina has focused on musculoskeletal injuries and specifically the management and treatment of sporting injuries.
Mina prides himself on tailoring individual treatment plans to target the cause and management of the pain. Recently, Mina completed an advanced knee course at the Essendon Football Club alongside physiotherapists from elite sporting associations.
Mina is a high-level cyclist who has been part of a sponsored team as both a rider and physiotherapist, offering advice, treatment and return to sport plans.
Mina is also qualified to perform Dry Needling.
He is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
