WSC Since: 2009 Leisa is passionate about helping her clients achieve their rehabilitation and performance goals. She consults a wide range of athletes from the recreational or amateur to the elite. Using a holistic approach to assessment and identifying your goals, Leisa will guide you through an action plan to achieve your rehab and performance targets. Leisa is experienced in a wide range of treatment approaches including manual therapy, Clinical Pilates, Dry Needling, Muscle Energy Techniques, massage/myofascial release and exercise prescription for both home and in the gym. Outside of her work in the clinic, Leisa has worked with teams including state cricket and netball, SANFL football and Pro Tour Tennis tournaments. She has a special interest in treating injuries associated with these sports including lumbar stress injuries, overload/tendon injuries of the lower limb (achilles/patella), foot, ankle and knee rehabilitation. Leisa is further interested in injury prevention for the hip, knee and ankle and especially in the developing athlete. Involvement with Teams and Associations Current:
