Laura is a clinical psychologist based at our Essendon, Niddrie and East Ivanhoe offices. She has over 10 years experience in working with people with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, postnatal depression, relationship difficulties and stress management. Laura works with older adolescents, adults and is also skilled in working with couples to address relationship issues. Laura has worked in the private, community and tertiary sectors and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
Laura has a particular interest in working with individuals experiencing issues related to trauma such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Laura brings warmth and compassion to her work with clients and uses a range of approaches to suit her clients needs including cognitive behavioural therapy, solution focused therapy, family therapy and schema therapy.
Laura is also an experiences supervisor, and is available to supervise other psychologists.
Laura works with clients under various Medicare schemes, TAC, WorkSafe, Comcare and other third party funding bodies. Private health insurance rebates may also be available to you.
Laura is available at our Essendon, Niddrie and East Ivanhoe offices, including after-hours and weekends.
