After graduating University of Adelaide Medical School, Dr Jureidini trained in Paediatrics at Adelaide Children’s Hospital (ACH-WCH), Nephrology at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Woodville, Hospital for Sick Children Toronto Canada and Guy’s Hospital London. Established the inaugural renal unit at the ACH in 1977 and remains a part time renal physician at the WCH. He spent six years on the international Council of the International Pediatric Nephrology Association (IPNA) and chaired the 13th Congress of IPNA in Adelaide in 2004. Dr Jureidini recently completed three years as Australian and New Zealand Director of Rotary Oceania Medical Aid for Children (ROMAC).
While continuing part time as a paediatric nephrologist, the bulk of private practice with KPMP is both adult and paediatric hypnotherapy. It is proposed to build on qualifications and experience in medical law.
