Julia is a registered psychologist and a new graduate, having completed her Master of Psychology (Clinical) at Bond University. She has completed placements in adult and young adult acute inpatient wards at Robina Hospital, Arcadia an alternative high school for disengaged youth, and Bond University Psychology Clinic. During these placements, Julia has worked with a range of mental health issues including personality disorders, psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar affective disorder, gender issues, attachment issues, relationship issues, grief and loss, trauma, depression and anxiety. She has also assessed and treated a range of neurodevelopmental disorders including autism, AD/HD, specific learning disorders and intellectual disabilities. Julia has completed research in the areas of male body image and early infant attachment and developed a body image group program.
