John is a physiotherapist with over 30 years of experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. John has a particular interest in the treatment of spinal complaints, as well as sports injuries. Since 2006 John has also been using RealTime Ultrasound for the imaging of muscle dysfunction.
In the last several years, John has taken an increasing interest in the general health of his patients, assisting with lifestyle modification and activity levels to improve health outcomes.
John is also a Running Coach and designs training plans for those runners who are interested in running distance events. As a physiotherapist, he also has a passion for the prevention of running injuries.
