Hon is a physiotherapist with an interest in aged care and treatment of chronic pain. He has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with honours from Melbourne University which he completed in 1996, and a Graduate Diploma of Education from Monash University, completed in 2005. Hon’s physiotherapy practice is founded on effective manual therapy treatment and educating patients on managing their own health and wellbeing. Hon has worked in several physiotherapy positions in the acute and sub-acute hospital environments, along with working in restorative care and re-ablement programs in aged care. Hon started his physiotherapy career at Royal Melbourne Hospital. He has worked at Broadmeadows Health Service, Western Hospital, Williamstown Hospital, and with Royal Freemasons in providing therapy to optimise quality of living.
