At Goldfields Urology our main priority is you, our patient.
Once we receive your referral our administration team will give you a call to check your personal details and will then forward your referral to our consultants, who will triage the urgency for your appointment.
Our goal is to look after our patients. At Goldfields Urology we have a team approach regarding your treatment plan involving A/Prof Brennan and our Nurse Practitioners, and that plan is then implemented by our nursing and administration team. Our practice nurses are available every weekday if you need any medical advice regarding your urology issues and they will communicate with A/Prof Brennan if necessary. Any issues regarding your appointments and/or care can also be directed to our friendly administration team who can direct your query to the relevant health professional within our team.
