Dr Zhenni (Jenny) Xu completed her Bachelor of Medicine at the University of Newcastle and University of New England Joint Medical Program in 2012, then worked as a resident doctor within hospitals in the same region for three years before relocating to Sydney in 2016 to start the general practice fellowship training program.
She enjoys all aspects of general practice but has particular interests in womens’ and childrens’ health, chronic disease management, preventative health, mental health, musculoskeletal medicine and is also an antenatal shared care GP. In addition, she does minor surgical procedures including cyst removals, abscess drainage, skin biopsies, wound suturing and skin cancer excisions.
She has a keen interest in maintaining an individualised and holistic approach to patient care and is happy to see people from all age groups.
